Return and Exchange

We offer Free Returns and Exchange within 7 days from its delivery day. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear or alternation.

  • Our return and exchange policy include all the products except: Accessories
  • If you purchased from a bundle offer, you can either return all the items or exchange the item(s)
  • If a product was received damaged, it will be exchanged

Return & Exchange Process:

To return or exchange:

  • Go to your femi9 account and select Return
  • Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and fill the form
  • You will get an email that your request is confirmed
  • Shortly after, you will also get an email with an Air Way-bill
  • Contact the courier to arrange a convenient time to pick-up the package

If you paid your order via credit or debit card, you will get your refund back to your credit or debit card

Any orders that are paid via Cash on Delivery, then the refund will automatically go as femi9 store credit and will be posted on your official femi9 account under Store Credit.

Return & Exchange Fees:

In Saudi Arabia:

  • We will cover all the fees for shipping your exchange/return order. If the customer returned the same order twice, then the customer will need to cover the fees.

In GCC:

  • The customer will have to cover the fees for the exchange/return orders.
